At Kiltane, we take pride in the quality of our cashmere and woollens, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
